Q4 Update

Hello everyone,

2026 is here, and we're in the field. We started vitalvoice because language should never be the reason someone gets worse care. Now we're proving it.

Across the country, agencies and providers keep telling us the same thing: language access in emergency care is broken, and no one has solved it at scale. We're building AI-powered real-time interpretation designed for how care is actually delivered in the field. That's the gap we're filling.

In Q4, we locked in our partnership structure and moved fully into deployment mode. Not just EMS anymore: we're expanding across public safety. We're now live with two fire departments in Colorado who took a chance on something new, with additional public safety partnerships in procurement.

On the product side, vitalvoice 2.0 is right around the corner. And we're launching the vitalvoice platform, which will enable other service providers and platforms to bring our best-in-class real-time interpretation into their own products. That's a new channel for growth.

On a personal note: I'm relocating to the Bay Area to be closer to the talent and partners who can help us scale what we're building.

Q1 Priorities:

  • Expand live deployments
  • Ship vitalvoice 2.0 and launch the platform
  • Prove the model with real-world data
  • Build the foundation for scale
